Hello！​​
アメリカで結婚し、子育てしながら、

２１年間、現地の幼稚園や、障がい児施設での仕事に没頭できるチャンスをいただきました。

様々な出会いがありましたが、

どんなお子さんも大人も、その人だけの個性があります。

個性を大切にすることは、

自分を大切にすること。

 

自分が幸せに生きていくための基盤です。
 

子ども達はもちろん、大人の方も、All Mindsに関わることで、
それぞれの「自分らしさ」が認められ、
「自分らしい」が、それぞれの「幸せ」につながるきっかけの場所になればうれしいです。​

My Story

 

Hi, My name is Emiko. ​
​
​
I had worked as a preschool teacher and program supervisor for over 20 years in Washington, the U.S. 
​
In my experience working with children, the most important thing I've noticed is the spark of light in every child's eyes.
When allowed, their confidence increases.
 
I  believe if we try to see who they are inside and understand the way they pursue their curiosity, their gift will be revealed. 
​
​​Let's share our unique voice so that our world will be filled with all kinds of colors of ideas.
